We are pleased to invite you to the Horizon Europe Belgian Implementation Day, a co-organisation of the European Commission and the 5 Belgian NCP organisations, which will take place in person in Brussels (USquare) on 10 June 2026.

Throughout the day, representatives from the European Commission will address topics such as:

• Simplification in Horizon Europe (including novelties on lump sum funding);
• How to manage your Horizon Europe grant (including financial rules, third parties);
• Ex-post controls (both actual costs and lump sum grants);
• Bringing your research results to market.

You will have many opportunities to ask questions in person – not through Slido!  Whether you are a Horizon Europe project manager, coordinator, grant advisor, financial officer, or any other project contributor dealing with these topics, do not miss this opportunity.

The target audience for this event is limited to Horizon Europe applicants or beneficiaries from entities established in Belgium.  Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory. Registration will open early May in a first-come first-serve basis. The organisers reserve the right to decline registrations.
